Jonathan is a Senior principal lecturer and holds a Master of Education degree (Planning and Administration). He also has a Bachelor of Education degree (Economics and Geography) from Moi University.  In addition, he holds qualification Certificates in Senior Management from Kenya school of Government Matuga, Strategic Leadership Development Programme from Kenya school of Government Nairobi, International Business from IIFT India, Management of commercial Enterprises for Developing Countries(Beijing, China), Human resource development for Industrial development (Tokyo,Japan) among others. Jonathan has a wide range of experiences in Business management and Entrepreneurship for over 20 years. 
He has worked as business Consultant, Trainer, Researcher and also in provision of Business Extension services such as counseling. Prior to his current position, he served as Head of Department (Technical and Creative Arts) and a Deputy Principal under TSC.
